GOD’S WORDS OF BLESSINGS

“And ALL these BLESSINGS shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God” – Deuteronomy 28:2

From Genesis to Revelation, the Scriptures are filled with GOD’S WORDS of BLESSINGS: “And ALL these BLESSINGS shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God” (Deut.28:2). At the inception of human creation, the Lord declared Words of Blessings: “And GOD BLESSED them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion…” (Gen.1:28a). When time is done and eternity has dawned, God’s Words of Blessings will still be ringing, resounding, and reverberating throughout creation: “Then he said to me, “Write: ‘BLESSED are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!” (Rev.19:9a)

The common stream through the Scriptures is that God’s Blessings belong to the Obedient: those who “keep the Word” (Rev.22:7). For the Redeemed, God’s Blessings are a “Done Deal”: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” (Eph.1:3). As we thank the Lord for seeing us through the first Quarter of the year, let’s personalise some of the Words of Blessings we’ve meditated upon:

In Jesus name, I thank God for:

• Impacting my life by His Words of Life and enabling me to impact others positively and powerfully
• The Words of His Grace which is building me up to obtain an eternal inheritance among the sanctified
• His Words of Faith in my mouth and in my heart, that’s making me an Overcomer in all of life’s battles
• His Words of Favour that surround me like a Shield, flavour and lubricate all dimensions of my destiny
• His Words of Healing and Health that have been sent to deliver me from afflictions and destructions
• His Words of Deliverance and Liberty that set me free from the yoke of bondage and law of sin and death
• His Words of Light commanded afresh upon my heart to awake, arise, and shine as a son of Light
• His Words of Wisdom, Direction, Instructions, and Warnings that lift and lead me to win and reign in life
• His Words of Perfect Peace, Unspeakable Joy, Comfort and Rest that transcend human comprehension
• His Words of Establishment, Preservation, and Restoration, that’ve settled my heart and rooted my faith
• His Words of Care, Recovery, Defence, Safety and Security that give blessed assurance and full fulfilment
• His Words of Order and Stability that strengthen my heart, mind, home, career, calling, times, and seasons
• His Words of Provisions and Progress that guarantee abundance, advancement, and fulfilment in life
• His Words of Fruitfulness and Increase that empower my life and seeds in all matters of time and eternity.

Beloved, I prophesy into your life:

“Blessed are you in the city, and blessed are you in the country.

Blessed are the fruits of your body, the produce of your ground, and the increase of your possessions.

Blessed are your businesses and your investments.

Blessed are you when you come in, and blessed are you when you go out.

The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which He has and is giving you.

The Lord will establish you as a holy people to Himself, as you keep His commandments and walk in His ways.

The Lord will grant you abundant provisions and all-round prosperity.

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to release divine resources to your life’s lands in season, and to bless all your endeavours.

You shall be a Lender to nations, not a debtor.

The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath! ...in Jesus precious Name!"
